My 18" rims did not clear with the 5" offset. Relocated the bracket to the top of the swing arm. Used to have 17" but they just touched the leaf spring. 18" solved the leaf spring problem. If you have a rear sway bar that might be a problem.

I have 18" rears with 4.75" backspacing. They clear the bracket, but rub on the cable just in front of the bracket. I don't care because I am removing the entire parking brake assembly including cables and brackets.

70LS1: your removing the cable/bracket all together..or just relocating them. If your removing what are you going to use to replace the system?

Thanks..Joe..peace <*)))>< :auto:

As of now, I am just ripping it all out. The parking brake provisions of the C5 rotors is way to large for the C3 system. I am looking into the possibility of using a SSBC parking brake. They sell a very small caliper that is cable operated that mounts on your rotor.
