Default Project update... new gauges and fuse block

Well, after wasting money on old gauges and trying to get the crappy wiring to work with the new stereo, TPI, high output alternator etc....

I finally said WTF and sucked it up. I bought all new gauges from classic gauges, new wiring harness for the gauges and a new modern fuse block.

I'm almost done with the gauge install and then I have to address the spaghetti of the wiring system to hook all the old wires up to the new fuse block while removing the unused and blown wires.

One step forward, three steps back.

I'll post pics of the gauges when I finish fabricating brackets. :)

You bring up a good point regarding the old wiring and tpi system, makes me think of running a second line and fuse block for the EFI system I have planned.

I knew that I had a problem when every time I stepped on the throttle, the radio would shut off. :(
