Default Anyone have dyno sheet on 70 Ls5 454 ?

Or close to stock ...Mine has a torker 2 and 750 edelbrock ...with unknown type manley cam runnig through hooker headers/sidepipes ....Just like to get a base line or close to it on RWHP.. :cheers:

71 LS5 all stock except mild hydraulic cam (219/229):



Red is stock intake/carb. Blue is torker II/Holley 750.

Next graph is with and without headers. As you can see headers really wake these things up.

Damn thats a pretty big jump in power on a stock motor from a header swap... 46hp at the wheels.... wow.... Same exhaust system after the headers?

Nice gains... I always new stock manifolds were HP killers but that was even more then I thought on stock motor...

Alan, when I put the hooker super comps into my mildly modified LS5, it was like adding a forced induction of some kind!, the seat of pants feeling was like getting 100 hp or so more! , the problem now is the headers will soon be unusable due to speed bumps damage and I will soon have to go back to the stock manifolds, which I really hate to do!
