Throw some duct tape on it and slap it back together. Seriously though, how hard is it to get replacement parts over there?

Well,454 blocks seem to be allmost impossible to find nowdays, most of them are sucked off the market by boatpeople(they must be going through engines like,i dont know what  ).Replacement parts are no problem, but expensive, really expensive...Sweden has alot of V8 cars and good supply of parts.
A 454 4 bolt main block will cost you around 1000$ here in Sweden,if you find one

Can you resleeve it? It does not look like the block is damage other than the sleeve. I had a piston totaly go, the whole piston was gone but the rod and pin where still there. The pin put two long holes in the sleeve but I decided to get a 383 short block which also failed.
