Wiper motor and wiper door switch wiring
I had the wiper motor on my 72 replaced last year. Did not worry about the door opening and closing since I was in process of replacing all vacuum hoses and some components in the wiper door mechanism. Now that I'm ready to get everything back into operation I find that the replacement wiper motor only has 3 connection points not 4 like the old one.(nowhere to connect the wiring from the switch. This means the wipers start right away and get caught on the wiper door before it can open all the way. Anyone know if this switch can be made to be operational with this wiper motor or if I need to replace the new wiper motor with the old one after I have it rebuilt. :mad  :banghead:
