my car looks exactly the same right now.i am going to replace the tank and the sock.is that one of the rubber fuellines?

I don't know what it is about September and fuel issues. I just replaced my fuel pump (and gained 50 RWHP --- just switching stock pump with a stock pump!!!) I have my carb out being rebuilt too now for good measure.
