I want to get a Corvette tattoo, does anyone have a good pic of the crossed flags?
I would like to get a good picture of the crossed flags to take to the tattoo place. I am looking for the flags like I have on my 72.

If you want I can take a full size digital pic of the emblem on the gas cap door of my 73. I think its the same as what yur lookin for. I can e-mail it to you. Then you can print it out and see how it turn out. Let me know if you want.

There are a couple of different ways of posting pics... some use *IMG* tags and I just write the html code to the location of the pic and CorvetteForum automatically converts it over to their format. One way or another you have to have your pics hosted on the internet somewhere for them to work. Roadrunner gives me my own homepage and I just upload the pics there. Here's an example of the code that is required if you are posting using html code or img tags. What you see below is exactly what I typed on this page for the jpg "image.jpg" & "image1.jpg" to appear in it's place. Replace the host(home.houston.rr.com/bgrice/image.jpg) with your's and it should appear in the forum. I would suggest you try it out in your *Profile* first rather than post multiple attempts over and over as some do. Go to "My Profile" on the left bar, "My Signature" and modify your signature. Save it and see what it looks like. Retry as necessary.

to post a pic on this forum, type:
<img>www.xyz.com/xyz.jpg</img>
Only substitute brackets [ ] where I've typed in < >, and substitute in the url of your pic where I've put http://www.xyz.com/xyz.jpg

How about this one? I took it from a calander. I can send you the full image in email if this one doesnt stand out clear or large enough to print.
