1979 A/C blower or fan type question?
I turn on the AC and I can hear it come on, seems like the fan comes on too, somewhat, but nothing comes out of the AC vents. If I reach under the dash near the steering column, put my hand near somekind of duct I can feel air coming out down there but not out of the AC vents. It seems like maybe
the AC ducting is blocked. Any ideas?
Thanks for and help or suggestions.

Most likely you need to check the vacuum lines on your ac/heater controls.
The lines connect to a vacuum switch on the back of the control. This switch selects different heater control valves that open and close each of the vents.
The first thing I would do is go get me a hand held vacuum pump to use to test all of the valves and lines with. Mine was leaking around the connector connector on the switch. I cheated(bubba) and used some silicon to make it work until I get around to ordering the A/C heater control panel.
Hope that helps,
