Default Reassebling the body
Is it better to glue the fiberglass onto the birdcage while the birdcage sits on a dolly or is it better to put the bridgecage on the frame so you can "match" the fiberglass to the frame?

Unless you have a good dolly with known correct mounting points, it would be better for it to be on the frame.
