Default car transporter

Anyone have the name of a car transporter they would recommend? Have a friend who located a car in Calif. and wants to ship it to Mass.

Here's a good thread about car transport companies: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/zerothread?id=606996

Personally, I very much recommend Weber Auto Transport. Excellent service, covered transport, and cheaper than most.

About 4 years ago, I used Horseless Carriage to transport from Pa. To Fl. Cost me about $1000.00. It was shipped inside. Delivery was on the day they promised.

Thanks for your reply. Do you have any contact number for those guys?
PS: Weber Transports phone 508-772-5224 listed by other members and still listed on their web site does not work.
