Default Exhaust Manifold Question?

Have Hooker Headers on Project car. The seem to make the engine compartment really hot. And Then there's a leak back around No. 7 cyclinder. 1970 350/300 auto w/a/c, no smog pump only PCV.

I would like to find some NOS or good RePO with correct casting and alternator mounting (bracket or ears). I believe the correct casting numbers are DS: 3846559 and PS: 3932465.

Where would be a good source for these?

What else would fit and be able to mount alternator and look correct?

Would 2" off a 64 SB fit?

Would 2 1/2" off a 65-66 fit?

I guess a lot of questions, but I'm looking to bring the car back to a good driver first, then we'll see.

Try Gary Gruhala, he might have (salvaged) original equipment manifolds. I don't know about interchange with the others you mentioned. There are 3 other used parts dealers listed on the left at the bottom you could try.http://www.angelfire.com/mo2/GruhalaEnterprises
