Default 1980 engine build up

I am putting a set of trick flow cnc ported heads on a friends car. They flow 280 on the intake and 235 exhaust, and will be milled to yield a 10.5 CR. It will be topped with a edelbrock performer rpm intake and 600 carb. The rotating assembley will be stock I know it is crazy not to do the bottom end while it is out but money is the problem for him. The converter will be a 2200, The gears i believe are 3.08 for now, I will get him to change them soon. Now for the guestion???? What cam to run I am worried about vacuam but know i can solve that with a can. Also i would like to know what kind of HP I would be looking at. A lumpy idle is OK as long as it is with in reason. I forgot to mention the hedman headers and borla cat back there will be no cats. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
