Default Door panels

I was just wondering if you all thought it would smarter to replace my 23 year old door panels and then have them customized to match my interior or just have the old ones customized. One is pretty bad, the other is ok. ALL opinions will be greatly appreciated. :flag
Both panels are structurally sound. Just tears and fading.

It's your car, but my opinion would be why spend money on new panels when you're going to cover them to match a custom interior?

:iagree: if your existing panels are usable then I wouldn't spend the $$ on new panels to customize
