I assume you're refering to the wiper ARM spring. It tensions the arm to the glass.
I don't think you're going to find it as a seperate component. (at least my quik searches were null in catalogs and net)
Option 1 - remove current spring, and match it from hardware store/industrial supply house.
Option 2 - purchase a new/used wiper arm. New units are in the range of $65.
I've repaired broken wiper arm spring mounts before, but never delt with a broken spring.
