70-72 454 owners I have a ?
I purchase a 72 454 ttop vette a few months ago to do after i am done with my 69 that I am working on now. The 72 doesn't have the original motor and I noticed today that the dip stick is on the passanger side. So my question is didn't the stock vettes with 454 have the dip stick on the driver side?

Thanks. I looked at some pictures of a 72 BB and there it was on the passanger side. Now I know , BB pass side; SB driver side

GM did that just to screw with the minds of small block owners who decided to go big block. Dam!! They left the dipstick out. :D
