Neat. Hard to say if it's the world's fastest, but neat. Would really like to have an engine like that in a C4 w/o the paint and graphics.
I think Intimidator 454 could give him a good run.

Isn't the Corvette Cerv a pace car??? Wasn't it one for the indy? Doesn't it have a Twin turbo Rear engine design with 700 plus hp??

CERV - chevrolet experimental research vehicle.
Doubt it was a pace car. Mostly Zora's toy that got tinkered with, a LOT.
All the indy cars were production vettes. The 78 got a little engine work.
