Remove the fuel line or lines witch ever is easer remove the 4 5/16 bolts from the bowls sometimes there screws. Then pop off the fuel bowl then the metering block. sometimes they pop off tighter and sometimes the gaskets rip so be aware of this forehand. You should then see the power valve it is one inch so a one inch wrench is needed or a adjustable remove and that's it. make sure the gasket is good and make sure it is centered when you tighten it. Dont forget to line up the accelerator pump arm when you install the fuel bowl.
