Default brakes are going in the vette... suggestions?

for the last few months, when applying the brake, the pedal would go almost to the floor. This would happen maybe once overy 30 times i use the brake. Drove the car to work today. It now does it about once every 10 times now. I'm guessing the master cylinder rings are shot, at least the first one becuase it doesn't leak any fluid. I think its inevitable to get a new master cylinder, but i had it off and didn't notice anything wrong with the O-ring. what whould I do?

The MC's not that hard to change out. Biggest problem most people have is with air in the lines and bleeding it out. Bench bleed it first and you'll have little or no air to worry about.

Better safe than sorry, as they say. :yesnod:

I agree with Gator 81. Need to do something before it is just too bad.
