The project car is vitually worthless except for parts in my opinion. It has no title, and trying to get one (at least in Illinois) is next to impossible. A friend is trying to sell his frame off restored 74 L-82 vert with a new top for $18,000.00, but it is likely he won't get that much, so yes, the "BIN" price seems a little high, but I won't be surprised if he gets it from someone.
