Default 82 is going to be history soon

Soon as I locate a low mileage 94-96 in the Houston area.

Tired of no power, continual repairs, what else.....

It was a fun 6 years, 120K miles but I'm done.

I have been following your car for a while.

What 0-60 time did you manage to get out of it?

How much do you plan on selling it for? Feel free to IM if you don't feel like posting.

Ironically, the Crossfire aspect of the 82 has never given me a problem. And, once I was shown how to balance the TBI's and set the TPS, that part of tuning is a piece of cake. Its everything else about an old C3 with 185K miles on it. Now that is a testimony on the Crossfire!

7.1 Will re-do in cooler weather if I still have it.

Plan on starting at $10,000 and going from there. Its a great car for whomever wants to take off where I left off.

Larry, I know what you mean about the C-3 growing old at times. Feel the same way about my 71, but it will be hard to get rid of it.....

Best of luck on selling the 82, don't forget to use the for sale sections, I swear by them.

Even though the cross fire isn't my favorite engine, 82 is one of my favorite years.

You will enjoy your 94-96 as a daily driver or an often driven vehicle, I am really enjoying mine. :)
