WINDOW HANDLE REMOVAL TOOL
How does this work? (Ecklers part # A2504)
It came in a plastic bag without directions of any kind.
I'm mechanically adept, BUT, this thing baffles me...

This is the same tool for most GM cars of that era. It's real simple to use providing the last person to install your window handles oriented the clips correctly. You line the handle part of the tool up behind the window handle so it is directly behind it, then insert the fat edge of the tool in between the plastic spacer and the handle, give it a gentle push and that should release the clip that is holding it in place. then just pull straight out on the handle to remove it. Their description is somewhat decieving as it should be called a "window handle clip removal tool" If this is still confusing let me know and I will post a pic to you tonight after I'm at my shop.
