Help - How do you take off the outer door skin?

Help - How do you take off the outer door skin?
The linkage for the locks is really crusty (to say the least) in my passenger door and and the window isn't very tight in the channels. I can't get to all of it just by taking off the door panel.
Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum. You can get to everything in the door from the inside. That is how they were originally assembled. It is virtually impossible to remove the outer skin without destroying it. A lot of the window and lock stuff is a major PITA but with patience and an assembly guide it can be done. Good Luck, Craig :cheers:
