Odd trivia note - that desert area that he drives through was once the internment camps for the Japanese Americans during WWII.

I personally think his car is jinxed now, as I drive through there and never see anything living on that road.

My client's(Mr. dead Coyote) family, residents of Arizona and contiguous states, does hereby bring suit for damages against DesertDawg, idiot behind the wheel of (1) 1982 vette, who lives in the boondocks of Arizona.

Mr. Dead Coyote's family seeks compensation for personal injuries, loss of business income, and mental suffering caused as a direct result of the actions and/or gross negligence of the defendent, under Title 15 of the United States Code, Chapter 47, section 2072, subsection (a), relating to stupidity.

Mr. Coyote's family states that on eighty-five separate occasions DesertDawg (hereinafter, "Defendant") attempted to in cold blood run over Mr. Dead Coyote while chasing him through desert mounds off of the main thoroughfares(roads) of the State of Arizona. Though the Plaintiff did successfully dodge the Defendant's malicious intents he was not so lucky the eighty-sixth time being splattered all over the desert only ten feet from his cave.

The injuries sustained by Mr. Dead Coyote have permanently restricted his ability to make a living in his profession of predator. Mr. Coyote was self-employed and thus not eligible for Workmen's Compensation Death Benefits, so now his family will have to move to the local zoo.

Paragraph One of the Report of Attending Physician (Exhibit B), prepared by Dr. Elmo Snuckowitz, M.D., D.O.G., details the multiple fractures, contusions, and tissue damage suffered by Mr. Coyote as a result of this collision. So far investigators have yet to find some parts, but the indentation of the '82 hood emblem in Mr. Dead Coyote's forehead clearly shows that the Defendent did murder the plaintiff.

As the court is no doubt aware, Defendant has a long history of mental instability posting **** on forums on the internet and there are numerous witnesses that he sneaks around in low life places like OT.

Mr. Dead Coyote's family respectfully requests that the Court regard the the Defendent as a nuisance to the Arizona desert community and assess punitive damages in the amount of seventy million dollars. In addition, Mr. Coyote's family seeks actual damages (missed meals, funeral expenses, and potential years lost from professional occupation) of one million dollars; general damages (mental suffering, injury to reputation) of twenty million dollars; and attorney's fees of seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars. The Plaintiffs also request that the Defendent's corvette be Bubba'd up and made into a made into a Fartmobile of which he is sentenced to drive from this day forward. By awarding Mr. Dead Coyote's family the full amount, this Court will ensure the lowlifes that exist in Arizona will be punished for their thoughts of chasing down innocent victums.

I hate Coyotes. Good riddance to it. They're mangy filthy creatures. I'm originally from Tucson and grew up with those stupid things for the first 21 years of my life. Just be glad you didn't hit a Javalina like I did with my 58 Chevy pickup. I found a new bumper for it, but that thing dented it. A *STEEL* 50's bumper. I don't want to think of what it would to to a poly bumper.
