Anyone in the Perryton, Texas area?
I've found a car I would like to buy in Perryton, Texas. If I can get a pair of eyes down there to do some looking for me I'd be glad to make it worth your while.
Thanks, Greg

Greg,
I did a search on Perryton, TX and there are 2 members of this forum that live there. They are not very active on the forum, but maybe contact them to see if they will go look. Both own C-3's(or did anyway). The next city with any kind of members is Pampa, TX(about 65 miles away).
By the way... I agree with goofygrin. It's in the middle of just about nowhere right below the Oklahoma Panhandle. Just shows you how big Texas is.... 719 miles from Pearland.

Thanks guys,
I was afraid it might be the middle of nowhere. I'll try the members that live there.

Yes, I lived there for a short while and it is absolutely IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. And to make it worse, it's a dry county :cry
Being able to drive my vette around while I was there was one of the few things that kept me sane, in addition to working so much I had no free time....which would have been spent doing absolutely nothing. Good luck finding someone near there that can check it out.

Wish I could help you out. I'm in Wichita Falls, but that's about 250 miles away. Amarillo is the closest big city ( I use the term big loosely) and it's not too far away. I would suspect many members of this site live there.

You are correct, Liberal is not too far at all, but it's not a very big town. I got my start in radio at KSCB in Liberal back in '71. I see you are from Garden City. About a year ago I sold a lot of karaoke/DJ gear to a postman from G.C.

It is a small town but I have seen people from there on the forum. I graduated from Liberal high School in 72 and only listened to KSCB. KLIB was a little to country
