That's sad, but they must've done some mods to that vette for it to do 140, that must have been crazy since his speedo was only registering 85, and with no brakes.

Yeah, then the officer should release Reno on the lawyer and the idiot who stole the car. I don't think anybody should die, but should have been more injuries. He didn't get enough for his actions. Ever hear about three strikes rules. 4 times stealing should have hands cut off (with foot mentioned above) :nopity

Who says these cars aren't safe? He took off at mach 1, totalled the car, and still could run from the police.
