My old set of Rally wheels is still sitting in my mechanic's shop, after the installation of my TT II's. I had considered hanging onto them, but I think I'd rather just get rid of them, since they'll never be back on the car again.

Dino tells me that someone came into the shop and asked what I wanted for them. I don't know. If I can't get a fair price, I'll keep them; but I don't know what a fair price is.

Would be grateful for your thoughts on this. For reference purposes, the rims, rings and center caps are all in excellent condition. The rubber doesn't have too much mileage left in it, but I doubt that'll be a factor for any buyer.

I would say 200-250. I saw some going in Carlisle for that range.

Check the prices to buy them from a supplier and set your price. Just be sure to notice the big difference in original 4 clip trim rings and the center caps as compared to the repro type.

I paid $250. for a really nice set from a forum member. You have to decide what they are worth to you. I know repros cost alot more.

The value is not in the wheels, it is in the condition/quality of the trim rings and center caps. Used rally wheels by them self are very cheap . As a set with original and perfect wheel rings and center caps the price can get on up there.

Not a bad idea, but in my current circumstances, I don't have a convenient way to store the rally's in summer and the TT II's in winter.

i don't think the wheels by themselves are really worth that much, however, if the trim rings and center caps are original, they can fetch a pretty penny
