Vette Vues Fact Book 1968-1972
I found this book to have the most information out there.
Corvette by the Numbers: 1955-1982 The Essential Corvette Parts Reference
is another good one
I believe that Mid America has both for sale.

Re: 1970 Frame-Off Restoration (jfrjac)
I think I have just about all that apply to me, the ones I refer to most often are:
-NCRS Technical Information Manual & Judging Guide
http://www.ncrs.org/store/shop.cgi/p...061923833.8342
-Corvette Factory Assembly Instruction Manuals (AIM Manual)
Same link as above
-Corvette Restoration Guide 1968-1982 (Authentic Restoration Guides)
by Richard Prince
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...glance&s=books
Corvette Chassis Restoration Guide 1953-1972
by Joseph A., Jr. Tripoli
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...glance&s=books
NOTE: Another one that is nice I havent used much yet however when I get further along in the assembly of my car I know I will is the: NCRS Corvette Operations Manual & Performance Verification Guide
http://www.ncrs.org/store/shop.cgi/p...061923833.8342
This book describes how things are supposed to work ie. what is suppose to happen when I push the wiper switch, how does a correctly fucntioning fuel, battery, etc. guage act.
Again this is not to say these are the best, only the ones I seem to go back to most often for various different reasons. Hope it helps

All of the above books give good info on doing 'correct' restoration work.
I find the book below to be most useful for 'getting it done'.
