Finally...new heater core in my 78 with AC but....
Took it all apart last summer got new parts (core, new dash, bezels, original radio, and other miscellanous "while I am at it" pieces) and then got distracted by a job change, daughters wedding and other trival stuff....I started putting it back together this weekend
:smash:
The heater box and adjacent duct toward the drivers side are in... The question is
At what point in the process should I set the new dash in. I don't remember what order I disassembled it last year.

Where's Sapulpa? I know where Sapulpa Street is in OKC. Just wondering how far you are.

if your talkin top dash pad I put mine in before the side posts and glove\instrument\center gauge, but at the same time as lining up the defrost duct when you put it in you put in the drivers corner first then bend it a little in the middle so the pass side fits in

I am on the West side of the Arkansas River about 8 miles west of T town
Packy76.
Thanks for the tip, I want to avoid putting it in and then finding out I forgot something and pulling it out again
If I can figure out how to post a pic I'll show you'll how I "fixed" the lugs on the defrost duct
