Default 79 nose adjustment

It looks like the nose on my 79 needs to be tightened. The gap between the nose and the fenders looks to have increased recently. I have pace car spoilers also. Did a quick peruse to see where the mounting screws are so that I can tighten them. I did not see any. Any tips/suggestions are appreciated.

It's probably the urethane bumper shrinking from age. Other than replacement, there may not be a fix for it.

The nose on my - former - 1979 did not move for 15 years. And the attachment bolts are probably corroded shut and will not move. You may have been the victim of a parking lot "nudge."

The retainers do not loosen up.
