At first I used Mr. Gasket Header gaskets but I kept blowing them out so I switched to the copper header gaskets. They cost more but I haven't had a problem with a blown header gasket since. :thumbs:

I use copper on both the header and collector gaskets. No more leaks or blow outs. Also, you can remove the gaskets and re-install repeatedly.

Having good luck with Earl's, they have an alum frame with removable/replacable inserts that can be trimed to fit the exhaust port.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have a few weeks before my headers will be back from Jet-Hot so I have some time to think about it.
