Default Electrical short problems

I have a small draw on my 1980 that will kill the battery in about three days if left without driving. a slight clicking was heard below the shifter. When I removed the console there is a square relay (left Center area) that clicks when I touch the positive cable and It's tough to see where it goes to. Any thoughts on this?? alroth@hbci.com :cuss

Sounds like maybe the power window relay?? check if the power windows allways can operate with battery connected....

if not, I dunno, as some of those cars were computer carbed, and I don't know the systems....

I believe their is a wiper delay relay and a alarm relay under the console.

Someone posted this same question a couple of days ago. I am not sure what that relay is for or why it is engaging, but you can bet that is your drain.

My 82 has a white relay with 3 purple/1 black wire near the shifter that is the starter interrupt relay.
