Wiper canister seal
On my 71 I have changed the wiper canister seal 4 times. It will last about 25 cycles and then the seal will tear apart at the base. Either I am installing the seal incorrectly or the travel of the wiper door rod is too long and strecting the seal until it finally rips. As far as I can tell the seal can only be installed one way. How far should the rod move to open the door. Any thoughts
