Default car cover

Can anyone recommend a good car cover. I have a 71 convertible that I keep in the garage. I need a decent priced cover to keep the dust off between baths.

Look at the Mid America Designs (or similar) site. If your car and cover will always be inside a garage get a flannel-lined cover. They're usually 100% cotton with a soft, brushed flannel lining thats very soft on the finish of your car. About $120, but you may find one cheaper on ebay.

Thanks. Any specifics are greatly apprciated. I know nothing about covers and I figured this would be a great place for advice. I actually don't know much about anything (for that matter) when it comes to the vette! :steering:

I bought a Wolf Duralite indoor cover from MAD earlier this year. Best $39.99 I've spent, so far...

The Noah is supposed to be the creme-de-la-creme, but for strictly indoor use, it's definitely overkill. I've actually got an indoor cover that came with the car that i never use because the car is always outside and i bought a more suitable cover to use. I can send pics if interested

If you want super quality go with a Noah cover or an Evolution 4. I have an Evol 4 and it is great. But...I just picked up two more covers for my other Vettes and was looking at cost and that they would be indoor use only. So I went with one from Ecklers, the Wolfe "All-Season Car Cover" at $89.99 each. About $50-$70 cheaper then the top quality. It is a 3 layer fabric. Custom fit. I feel they are a great value. Check it out HERE

I bought the outdoor cover from Mid America. but I also have to park outside.

It's pretty good quality, I would buy another one when this one dies.

It comes with a stick on reinforcement so that you can create your own cutout. But I pull the antenna off when the car cover is in use. Just don't trust myself with a knife :D
