Squealing brakes
how long will the breaks squeal until the pads start damaging the rotor? they've been squealing like a pig for about 3 weeks now, and I haven't had time to change them out

depends, my brakes have squealed since I put them on. The rotors are glazed. If they are the actual squealers (metal tabs) pry quite a while.
I sometimes pull the squealer back with a screwdriver so they dont' make noise, but then you forget to put brakes on :crazy:
