Default Painting Headers?

Is there any type of paint that can be used on headers that will not flake off? I'd really like to paint them rather than them becoming that gray color after 2 days.

I used POR 15 manifold paint.. worked really well.. brush on 2 coats and it looks like the factory silver

(warning) the paint will burn off a little bit while running, after 10-15 minutes it should be fine
