%Oxygen relative to Air/Fuel Ratio ???
I have a portable flu gas analyzer that can measure O2, NO, NO2, etc. and want to know how I can use it to measure my A/F ratio? I see on the forum several ways to use an O2 sensor and voltmeter so there should be a way to relate the actual %Oxygen to A/F ratio as well. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Gary

I dont know much about this topic but I suppose you could test your idle readings by just sniffing from the tailpipe. But that wouldnt help much with the mixtures under driving conditions. Also the auto sensors are usually mounted closer to the engine for a more accurate reading. A forum member named Matt Gruber might have some better insight on this topic. He seems to know alot about O2 sensors and a/f mixtures.
