Tail lamp panel, exh filler, and most of the rear qtr were destroyed in a wreck.

I plan to replace the rt qtr panel, tail lamp panel, and patch the deck damage and I'm pretty comfortable with the bonding and fiberglass work. But, I need advice on how to keep alignment and what sequence or techniques should I use to replace panels. The rear panel and most of the qtr panel bonding strip is gone, so I don't have much to line up to once I take the qtr panel off. Here's some pics, I appreciate any help.

Maybe the easiest route would be with a whole rear clip, cutting the donor one where you need to. In fact, there is one for sale in the parst section here:
