Default I love this sight

I've been reading this sight for couple months, but stumbled I'm to an Abandonded 82 vette which i picked up for nothing, so being a vette owner again i joined you happy, some times disgruntal people, I put up a couple postes and you guys are great, i get e-mails on parts people are selling, info on cures to fix my vette, web sights i never would have found on my own, my dad and uncle are GM mechanics so all the input helps, to everyone thanks, make me glad to be a C3 owner again, the best looking body style on the worst years to manufacture a car, arent these cars fun :flag

U RULE!!! "he said it like it is". So tell us a little about the vett? being from Hawaii, I would be worried about Birdcage rust and frame rust for that matter? hows that condition?

My vett came from hawaii, Luckly enough the owner sprayed a Protectent all over the frame and bottom, heck even the wheel wells, It worked, It was just a pain to remove it all :). however the bird cage was not so fortunate. Check behind the kick panels. I am going to Hawaii in February.. Gonna hand out my resume the whole time :)
