Horn relay buzzer goes off without key in ignition

Horn relay buzzer goes off without key in ignition
Is this normal operation? If I open the door the buzzer goes off regardless if the key is in the ignition.
For those of you who don't already know, I hate electric problems. :mad
Everytime I cut a wire, I let the smoke out of it. :lol:
Additional Info:
This may be normal, I dont know. The buzzer goes off when the door is open after I move the key to the "on" position. If this is normal, I may disconnect it because that buzzer is quite annoying.

No No---The key warning buzzer only buzzes when the keys are in the ignition switch and you open the door. I bet that the small switch in the column is broken and is making contact all the time, a very common problum. The tele-tilt switches are $$$ but I believe that the std column switches are common and still avaliable. Thad PS that will bust you on PV
