Why are ½ of my plugs covered in a Thick Brown Crud?
Why are ½ of my plugs covered in a Thick Brown Crud?
I removed my plugs To-day and I noticed that the plugs on the right side of the engine were covered with a “Thick Hard Brown Crud”. On the left side of the engine the plugs seem normal with just a very thin layer of a brown colour. The plugs were installed last winter and the vette was driven around 3,000 miles. What is causing these Thanks?

It sounds like the intake gasket on that side is sucking oil through the bottom of the runners. Sometimes this happens when the to surfaces don't line up correctly and can be corrected with a thicker intake gasket. This is one possibility,
