Default Mixed Signals

On my 72 Corvette my directional signals are not working. On the dash or outside of the car. Also I have no backup lights. All fuses are good. I'm not sure if this is related, but I noticed that my aftermarket 5" monster tach is pegging out.
All this after some very heavy rain. I did have some water seepage on the floor
boards. But even still, I found no blown fuses. I'll take any help. I'm at a lost.

Huh - sounds mysterious. I would get ahold of a wiring diagram for your car,
and start tracing out the wires and checking with a volt meter. Does everything
else work OK ? First suspect: aftermarket tach wiring.

Maybe some compressed air to blow things dry - like the fuse panel or the
headlight switch. Water on the floor usually comes from above. A leaky windshield
or windshield frame is likely. Tough to see, unless you start tearing the dash out.
