Anyone make a waterfall to fit a C3?
I love the C1 & C5 waterfall, has anyone made one or bought one from the a catalogue and been able to fit it to our C3's. I am going to be installing chrome dual roll bars (like 69MyWay) and think the waterfall would complete the look.

will be adding those as well, I figure just to have fun with it but have to ok everything through Kyle (my son) as I have already told him that he will get this car when I no longer want to drive it and instead go with a C5/6/7 whatever it will be.

Greg,
I'm planning on making my own center console, may incorporate another GM unit with storage and cup holders into my design and then I'll build a mock up unit with cardboard, foam core, hot clue and some clay. After I get the shape I want, I'll lay glass over the part to make a mold. Complete any finish work needed on the inside of the mold and then lay up the part. The hardest part will be the seam between the decklid and the waterfall, may need to incorporate some weatherstripping.
I'll be doing the same mock up process for the deck lid humps.
If you want a used waterfall, check with carshop in the C5 forum and C5 parts. I've gotten on C5 part from him and he was quick and reasonable to deal with. I may have spelled his ID wrong.
I'm still searching for C5 mirrors with the autodim feature.

Stellar idea! Has anyone got a picture of one that was already done, or seen one like it? The roll bars, are they functional (connected to the frame) or more for appearance? Should be a sweet custom touch when your done.

I think that since my 1/4 racing days are over for this car the roll bars will be for looks.

that would look sweet...the humps behind the roll bar that blends into the rear deck?

There was a member here that had a 1982 turned into a convertible that had C5 mirrors and a C5 waterfall. His name was Brett Hays and it had an Arizona Speed & Marine engine in it, the firewall & frame were metallic blue.
I think his username is BHays.
