HEAT/NOISE SHIELD
I found an excellant heat shield/noise dampner in the form of a hot water heater jacket at Home Depot for $12.00 (because it was open). This jacket has the reflective surface on one side and about a 1/2 an inch of a rubbery type of material similar to carpet padding.
Question is this: which surface would you put facing down The reflective???
