Default 1971 A/C

Hello there,
After sealing everything under my car and replacing the blower/fan with a
1995 corvette one, as per instruccions by Phoenix, I notice almost twice the air flow :), but also there was so much air coming out under the car thru were the heater hoses meet the heater core, there is a big opening there.
AM I missing something there? or is this normal? That is alot of weist air!
Do I have to seal it with foam?
Thank you very much
Eduardo.

Eduardo, seal the hole up any way you can. I think there is foam collar that is supposed to be inside the heater box, that goes around the two heater core pipes.
