Default Help me choose a new username

I am not from Minnesota, and my name isn't "Jack" so I think it is time for a new username. Would prefer something short and simple,
Considered MJinNJ, but I really admire those short usernames that have nothing to do with the owner's name, location, or even type of vette they own. I admire usernames like, Thud, Kale, Thrills, Mojo, Dirt (hey, that might be available)....

Considering...... some of my favorite album titles..

Rust Never Sleeps (subtle automotive reference)
Running on Empty (another automotive reference)

but would really prefer something monosylabic... like Duh, I like my name spelled backwards, Kram Noskcaj, maybe just Kram.... I like it! :)

Any suggestions? MJ (Hey, I wonder if MJ is available...)

Maybe take Kram and add a little *Rocky IV* to it.....

"Krambo" :D

or "Dirtbag" (there's few around this forum... maybe even the one posting right now)

I wonder if the forum will let me change to "Fubar". First dibs if so. What's say mods?

I like Cosmo! I may be down that route soon too. But you can have Cosmo if ya like. :D Otherwise it's mine. There's another new guy here who picked 1970Stingray recently---no spaces, I have one space. Confusing copy cats. :cuss

You should keep your current name because that is who you are! :skep:

a "duh" question, if I might - when one changes his username, are the post counts transferred to the new name ?

Yes, they can, and do, do that.

Here's a couple I am mulling...

SonofBubba
SonofaBubba

Then, this one came to me:
BeelzeBubba
While I am on the "Bubba" theme..
HubbaBubba

Hmmmmmm

(That would be a GREAT username!!!! Hmmmmmm)

By George, I think I've got it!!! All in favor of

Hmmmmmm

How many trailing m's do I need?

And then, there is always, Emjay

Mark, I vote for something totally of the wall. Maybe "Schwa", you know, the little phonetic upside-down-backward "e" that's used when you see pronounciations written out in the dictionary. Or maybe "Octothorpe" which is the actual name of the "#" sign.

Then again, I do think that "Hmmmm" would be a good one. Or maybe just plain "Mmmmm". How about "Huh?" or maybe "What?"

Shannon

Ok, I have narrowed it down to 2 choices:

1. ScrollLock or
2. Esc

 MJ

remiinds me of the woman who named her girl, not "Phylis", but "Syphilis"
pronounced, "Sigh" "Phyllis". She found the name Syphilis in a medical textbook in the doctor's office!!!! :lolg: :lolg: :lolg: :lolg: :lolg: :lolg: :lolg:
