Default Rebuild engine, good deal or not?

Got the total price for my engine rebuild and wondering what kind of deal I got. $1350 for:
new cam,rod and crank brgs
bored .040 from .030
new pistons and rings (cast)
flushed and cleaned
heads done, new valves, new springs, lifters, pushrods, hardn seats,3 angle
high vol oil pump
timing chain, dbl roller gear
new crank (cast) (might be used crank, not sure)
gasket set

Shop originally quoted around $800 so when I got total I was a little surprised.

I have no idea, so I wanted to here from the experts out there. Thanks

Does that include labor of engine assembly? What about removing and installing the engine?

Based on prices around here (NW Ohio), sounds reasonable.

I basically did all that and a bit more, but I sent the engine to the machine shop: I did not have to put the heads back on, and I had the block painted red while it was on the stand. Total Machine shop cost + parts: $1250..

If you have a numbers matching car I would look into buying a crate short block. If you got the camel heads (58cc) you could get an LM1 short block for less than the rebuild and have about 9.5/1 comp. Slide a bigger cam in it and you are in good shape. That way you would have your numbers matching block/crank stored away for the day you sell/will it to someone. I am making about 400hp with the LM1 shortblock.
