I have used several different types of Eastwood paints all with great success. The paint cost more than most, however it covers better than anything I have ever used.

Hey Will,

Yeah ,I have used the S.S. Exhaust paint,it's making me feel,uh.........

"Aged" !

I have a can THAT IS STILL -GOOD- and I bought it in oh,uh.........

1988 !

I have had it applied on some stored items since then, no rust.
AND.....on a muffler of a rarely driven car for 12 years.

So I guess I can attest that it works for me.

I have their "Yearly Membership" , it provides free, fast shipping.

They also NOW carry the best penetrating oil EVER Invented! SiliKroil!
Made by KANO Labs in Tenn., it used to ONLY be available factory direct.
I can't recommend it ENOUGH!

I've used it on Race Cars,Corvettes,Porsches,Loti ,tractors and yes.......
even U.S. NAVY Submarines. I take nothing apart without it.

Good hunting...........

Regards......Cholo

flynhi,
I have also had nice results using the stainless hi temp paint from Eastwood. I did mine around 5-6 years ago and they still look really good - no rust yet. I just wire brushed mine pretty good and painted with a regular brush. The paint I used though said it needed to be fully cured by running engine and getting manifolds hot after painting & installing. The cured color looks pretty good too - more natural looking then other stuff I have used/seen. I have used other Eastwood coatings in the past and have had very good with their products. Good Luck!!
