I think 13.0-13.1's is very possible if you can get traction. My buddies '96 C4 w/ a 383 and 17 X 315 X 35 Nitto DR's is getting 1.7 0-60ft times. I'd run about 20lbs of pressue in them and inflate the front tires by 10lbs.

2.7?! You must be launching WAY too hard! Even my anemic car gets 2.2 or even high 2.1's 60 ft and that's with awesome Douglas 225/70/15 tires from Walmart!

You should easily be able to get into the 12's...

Curious... 13.7 @102 with a 2.7 60 ft doesnt add up... I would have expected a higher mph to get to 13.7 after a 2.7 60ft... My 60ft are 2.2 - 2.3, and my best et is also around 13.7 but at 103-105 mph... anyway, i will be very interested to see what drag radials do for you, because I am considering getting a set for the same reason!!! funny, isn't it? An epidemic of drag radial purchases! MJ

....hoping for 13.1 et or so with a 1.9/2.0 60 foot time.what diue you think ????
I am pretty sure an improvement in 60 ft time translates into a greater improvement in et... so if you improve your 60ft time by .5 secs, your et should improve by MORE than .5 secs. So if you can get from 2.7 all the way down to 2.0, as Olivier said, that would put you into the 12s! MJ

I think that's perfectly reasonable. I get 1.9-2.0 60' times with my street performance Nitto tires (NOT drag radials). I'm currently running 13.2 at 104 mph. And that's with a ZZ4 small block with a few mods.

I also have a big block cutlass that gets 1.7 60' times with DOT drag tires. I'm running 12.0 at 115 mph in it. It has a mildly built 455 Olds big block (.544 lift cam, alum. intake, headers, etc.).
