It is in the plans to ditch my current transmission for an overdrive. Right now the question is keep it auto or go standard. If I go standard this will definately be the one.

Holy Cow, at 4000 rmps I'd be moving from 101 to 148mph. The ball cap would need to be on backwords. :eek:

Does anybody out there have a Keisler 5 spd. with a 4.11 rear end? I am concerned that the 3.27 first gear on the Tremec combined with such a low rear end ratio will make 1st gear almost useless. Any comments.

By the way, its for a basically stock 69 L-71.
