I put a real strong manget on the bottom of my oil filter so that any metal particles stay in the filter and don't go through my engine. Genius, I know..

See my site for the visuals....

but what's not apparent is.....

cruise controll....
driving lights behind custom grill, so are turn signals....
O ring calipers and DOT5 fluid, and truck master cylinder.
ATF cooler...dedicated, no engine radiator involved...
700r4 auto for the o/drive...
TT wheel, moved back off firewall,....done with rack install....
dimmer on steering wheel, not floor...
floor moved forward allmost 3 inches near firewall, pedals lowered...
driver's seat lowered....

about the only thing basically untouched in the frame....

See signature. Other than the drivetrain mods listed, I've replaced misc other parts but they have been pretty close to OEM spec.

Geez! I think I just realized how "stock" my car is. Let's see...Comp Cams XE262, Pertronix kit including coil, Hurst shifter.....screw in studs, guideplates, hardened push rods....everything else is basically stock for the higher perf. 327. No headers, no aftermarket intake, no aftermarket carb....no wonder I only hit 229rwhp on the dyno last year!!

1Bad69's car.....perhaps has "just a few mods" besides the much needed air freshener.... :D

Transmission Cooler

Interior

One Alpine 10" sub, two Pioneer 6x9's, Sony 450 Watt 2 Channel amp

All new interior (restored mostly to C.E. original)

Suspension

VBP Adjustable rear fiberglass monoleaf spring

Body

New Air Dam and front spoilers

Ran 13.07 in the 1/4 at 103.7 mph and a 60 ft. time of 1.75 sec. (WOW) with $200 a set 255 size street tires. I only raced it four times. Need slicks. Can't launch above 1,000 RPM's. The day before I wrecked it I took it to the dyno and picked up 20 HP and 80 ft. lb. of torque after some tuning on the laptop!! Didn't even get a chance to race it afterward. Last dynoed at 280 RWHP and 380 ft. lb. of torque.

That was before my wreck in April. Bodies off. Now in progress.......

New painted inside and out frame (off an 81')
VBP Upper A-Arms
VBP Adjustable front fiberglass monoleaf spring and lower A-arms
VBP Offset Trailing arms for wider tires and wheels

Redoing bent exhuast to x-pipe with electric cutouts
Cold air system (before was sucking hot engine air)
New exterior paint (original colors minus some stripes)
Line lock

Those are the things I've already either gotten or are ordered. Some of those modifications are on the car already, but weren't when the car was running.

Soon to come....
Fire Extinguisher
Aluminum Radiator
17" wheels with 315 or 285 size tires (not sure 315's will fit)
Nitrous

I hope to be in low 12's or even high 11's without nitrous one day. Before I wrecked it I was getting over 20 mpg on the highway. Car should be back on the road by November or December. :auto:

Edit: jsut added some stuff I'd forgotten about.
